For the purpose of Breast Enlargement through Augmentation, there are a variety of options for Breast Implant size, texture, and placement as well as Silicone or Saline filled. Silicone or Saline
Silicone Breast Implants: Said to have more of a natural look and feel, silicone gel as a material for breast implants is desired because it mimics human fat in a lot of ways. Silicone Breast Implants are also reputed to have less easily detected ruptures than Saline Breast Implants.
Saline Breast Implants: Said to feel a little tougher a bit more unnatural but unlike Silicone Breast Implants if a Saline Breast Implant ruptures your body dissolves the liquid without imposing any health threats. A disadvantage of Saline Breast Implants is that they may cause a rippling in the breast and for women who are very thin or have very thin skin you may be able to see the rippling through the skin.
Breast Augmentation Recovery is generally quick. Its normal to feel tired and sore during the first few days After Breast Augmentation surgery. Prescribed pain medication can help to control discomfort. Bruising and swelling are common, and the swelling should fade within about three to five weeks. Dressings or bandages applied After Breast Augmentation surgery will be removed within several days, while the stitches will be removed after a week or so. A surgical bra will likely need to be worn for a period of time.

What face cream to surgeons recommend after a face lift?

I would think that even if you didn’t have a face lift it would be the best face cream to use as it would be so powerful.
Could I be right here?

How come after liposuction you have to wear a garment?

I had liposuction of the love handles and lower abdomen done 11 days ago and am just wondering why i wear this garment i know they went over it but i cant remember!! And how long before i can have sex?
A compression garment is very common after liposuction surgery. Right after your liposuction procedure, your skin is slightly too loose, due the fat which has just been extracted underneath the skin level. Your skin needs to tighten and heal to the underlying soft tissue. A compression garment puts pressure on the skin and soft tissue so that it can heal together and form less scar tissue and a better contour underneath.

What is safer Anatomical implants or Cohesive Gel??? I know there are risks involved with any breast enlargement but out of the two does anyone know which type is slightly safer???
Anotomical implants. My cousin is getting those soon. At the end of the day, they’ll need replacing in 5-10 years either way cos they go hard.
tummy tuck?

im 24 and have already popped out 2 kids. i have been on a weightloss diet for a few months now to loose the baby weight. i got about 30lbs to go till i hit my goal. i know im gunna need a tummy tuck once im done, since ther isnt an exercise out ther that will get rid of the streched skin…im just wondering when is a good time to talk to a doctor? should i wait to hit my goal weight or see the doctor and talk about the rest of my weightloss with him?

I had 2 kids too and lost a lot of weight. I had my tummy tuck before I was completely finished losing weight. I’m still dieting to lose more weight. I am so happy I had the tummy tuck! It was the best thing I ever did for myself. Recovery is very painful and can take over a month. Make sure you have someone who can take care of your kids for awhile because you won’t be able to move.

what do you guys think about plastic surgery? okay to have for aethetic purposes or only okay to do facial reconstruction? and if you can, which part of yourself would you change? please don’t be too harsh with other people’s comments!
There is nothing wrong with plastic surgery…as long as you are doing it for all the right reasons. This is something that should be taken in with deep consideration…Do you really need it, will it make you feel any better than you feel now, are you going to want more cause there was a small imperfection in your eyes that was not done? You and only you can answer these questions. Here is another one for you…Are you depressed cause of your looks and will plastic surgery take that feeling away? You really need to check in with several surgeons and their counseling aids. Ask lots of questions and ask them all the same questions…see what they have to say…be good to yourself in that sense and be safe with yourself as well. There are alot of Plastic Surgeon out there just for the $$$. Sit down with a family member or a good friend and write a list of questions to ask that are important to you, so that you get your questions answers and not the surgeons. It is you that is seeking a new look, not them. I hope that this helps you out.
